The field of Street Stocks we have in Mildura this weekend at The Edge Hotel Motel Timmis Speedway to compete for the Victorian Title 09/10 is made up of 60 of the best cars in the country.

The main contender has to be Brad McClure current Aus Champion, being in top form after coming of his Win in last weeks Mildura Top Gun. Current Vic 1 Troy Nielson won’t let his title go without a fight and has to be big chance. The big presence of Daniel “Nudge” Amaduri in the field, as “ the threat from the west”. He would love to take the Title back to WA. This week he won’t start the Final from the rear and he won’t have a passenger. Anthony Beare was hot last week until he popped a tyre he will have learnt a lot from last week’s experience. The local driver with the big chance and plenty of experience in titles is Robbie Faux. He has had a few rushed trips to Melbourne with engine problems in the last couple of weeks but he will be ready this weekend.

There are a couple of experienced driver that cannot be discounted, always consistent and fighting to the end is Mick Dann a driver with many major wins in his career. A name has appeared from some years ago who has had many years experience in many big events & titles not without a little controversy. The return of Paul Salau will be welcomed by a lot of speedway fans.

The racing will be fast from the start with 3 rounds of heats on Saturday and 2 rounds of heats and the Final on Sunday.
